Delete your account

You can delete your Marshmallow Run account and everything saved with it at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, including your sign-in email address
  • Your saved progress — best score, level, coins, and power-up charges
  • The skins you own and which one you have equipped

Purchase records are kept only as long as tax law requires, detached from your account.

How to delete your account

  1. Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your Marshmallow Run account to lquiroz777@gmail.com.
  2. We confirm and permanently delete your account and saved data within 30 days.
Request account deletion

The button opens an email draft to our support address — just send it from the email you signed up with.

Playing without an account

Marshmallow Run can be played without signing in, and progress is then stored only on your own device. To remove that data, clear the game's storage from your browser or uninstall the app — no request needed, and nothing ever leaves your device.
