Who is responsible for your data

Luis Angel Quiroz Jr is the data controller for personal data processed in Marshmallow Run. Contact us at lquiroz777@gmail.com with any privacy question or request.

Personal data we collect

Account data — email address, and the name and profile picture from your Google account if you sign in with Google; a unique account identifier.
Game progress data — best score, level reached, coin balance, skins owned, power-up charges, settings.
Purchase data — order and transaction identifiers, items bought, quantity, amount, currency, purchase and refund status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
Technical data — device and browser information, IP address, and error logs generated when you use the game.

Why we use it

To run the game and save your progress (performing our contract with you), to process payments, deliver items and handle refunds (contract and legal obligation), to prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the game working (legitimate interests), and to comply with tax and accounting law.

Who we share it with

Paddle.com — our payment provider and Merchant of Record, which processes your purchase and billing data and acts as controller for its own payment, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Our hosting, database, and authentication providers — which store your account and game data on our behalf.
Google — if you choose to sign in with a Google account.
Authorities or advisers — where we are legally required to disclose data.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Storage and retention

Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union using appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We keep account and progress data while your account exists, and purchase records for as long as tax law requires (normally up to 7 years).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing lquiroz777@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Local storage

The game stores your progress in your browser's local storage so you can play without an account. We use cookies and similar storage only to keep you signed in and to make the game work, not for advertising.
