1. Who you are dealing with

Marshmallow Run ("the game") is operated and sold by Luis Angel Quiroz Jr ("we", "us"). You can reach us at lquiroz777@gmail.com. By playing the game or buying anything in it you agree to these terms.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply in addition to these terms.

3. What you are buying

Purchases are one-time payments for digital in-game items: coin packs, character skins, and bundles. Coins and skins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and can only be used inside Marshmallow Run. Items are delivered to the signed-in account used at checkout, normally within a few seconds of payment.

4. Accounts

You need an account to buy items so that purchases stay with you across devices. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You may ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing lquiroz777@gmail.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, tamper with the game, use bots or modified clients, resell accounts or items, attempt to obtain items without paying, reverse engineer the game, disrupt our services, or use the game for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The game, its code, artwork, characters, sounds, and branding are owned by Luis Angel Quiroz Jr and protected by copyright and other laws. Buying an item grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it inside the game only. No other rights are granted.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, and remove items obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or breaches of these terms. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. You may stop using the game at any time.

8. Availability and changes

The game is provided "as is". We may update, change, or discontinue features, levels, prices, or the game itself. We may update these terms; the version published here is the one that applies.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
