Marshmallow Run is a free one-thumb endless runner: tap to jump, dodge the campfires, and see how far your marshmallow can go. Twelve characters are waiting, and some change how you play — longer power-ups, double coins, a triple jump, or a shield from the very first step. Three more join Classic Mallow for free: Pink Mallow from the start, Toasted at level 3, and Cocoa Dip at level 5. Other characters use earned coins or a premium unlock, and add-ons layer over any owned skin.

How to unlock more characters
Coins appear along the trail, and you also earn a distance-based bonus after a run. Your best reached level unlocks characters — Toasted arrives at level 3, Cocoa Dip at level 5. Mint Puff, Golden Mallow and Cosmic Mallow are bought with coins in the in-game shop, and you can pick them up directly if you would rather not grind. Kawaii Bow Mallow is a cash-only premium character. Retro Mallow Pilot, Airport Ramp Worker, AARP Mallow, and Jumbo Coach each cost 400 coins; Coach also requires reaching level 15. Bandana, Tutu, Gooey, the Boy Scout Uniform, and Sunglasses & Headphones are premium add-ons only. See the pricing page for the exact prices.
Which character is best?
For pure distance, Cosmic Mallow is the friendliest — it speeds up more gently, so late runs stay controllable. If you are saving for a skin, Cocoa Dip doubles every coin you touch. And if you keep dying to the first campfire, Golden Mallow starts each run with a shield already on.
If reaction time is the issue, AARP Mallow slows the game to 75% of normal speed. Retro Mallow Pilot jumps higher, while Airport Ramp Worker increases speed to 125%. Jumbo Coach is 20% larger visually, but does not gain a larger collision area or an extra gameplay ability.
